Family Fun Day and Fundraising Event

Everything has been prepared by our talented and skilful local volunteers and Ukrainian refugees.

KIDS CRAFTS GAMES
Bring your children along to this special stall to have fun and create something amazing. One of the main crafts will be making “Thank you” cards to be sent to Ukrainian soldiers at the frontline and Ukrainian Families affected by the war in Ukraine. Cards will be included into Steve’s Gift boxes, which are shipped to Ukraine on regular basis.

MUSIC & GAMES
It’s time to party with live music from our Ukrainians singers and musicians, who are keen to lift your spirits with a concert of traditional songs. There will be fun and games for your enjoyment.

FACE PAINTING
Transform your day with some colour on your face! Our team of artist are here for children and adults alike. Great fun for all!

BBQ STALLS
Just like in the UK, Ukrainian people love barbecue. On this stall you will find a selection of locally prepared traditional Ukrainian dishes from our volunteers.

CAKES & BAKERY
A big part of community and family life in Ukraine is bonded by our love for baking cakes and breads, especially at times of celebration.
We have plenty of variety from traditional Ukrainian recipes made by British Ukrainians and Ukrainian refugees.

SALAD OLIVIER
Salads are very popular in Ukraine. The wonderful Salad Olivier is an essential part of a New Year, a birthday party and any other celebration in Ukraine.
The salad is named after French chef Lucien Olivier.
All Traditional Food for today has been prepared with joy by our wonderful team of local British Ukrainians and Ukrainian refugees.

SMOKED MEAT & FISH
Almost a delicacy in Ukraine we consume wide variety of smoked meats and fish. Sometimes strong flavours might be a bit rich for some, when others find it very testy, so please come and try and decide whether you are a fan too.
All our choices on this exotic stall have been prepared by Ukrainians.

One of our favourite stalls to come and choose something special as a gift from you to be sent to the people of Ukraine.

All ticket sales will provide amazing support to the people of Ukraine.

RACHEL’S MAGIC SOUVENIRS STALL
All the items on this stall have been made by local craft people and donated for the day so please come along and see the wonderful selection of unique pieces that you can take home today.


UKRAINIAN THEMED ART WORK
A colourful and varied range of Ukrainian themed hand painted ornaments and patriotic handmade cards. All the artwork has been created by Ukrainian refugee with the support of their sponsor.


UKRAINIAN KIDS PLAY LIVE MUSIC
Come and see this super violin performance from our Northampton volunteers who are great supporters of Ukraine.


MARINA’S DRAWINGS AND CERAMIC DISPLAY
The drawings have been created by the head of the UA charity “Future of Ukrainian kids”. The display shows the great traditional skills and art of Ukrainian culture. Crockery not for sell.


HAND MADE SOAP SALE
You’ll probably get a scent of the exotic stall when you arrive so just follow the trail to this fabulous range of handmade soaps that have been hand crafted by local volunteers for you delight.


HAND MADE BAGS SALE
Our hard-working volunteers have made these unique designer bags for you to choose from. All money achieved will be going to a great charity to support Ukraine.

UKRAINIAN EMBROIDERED SHIRTS SALE
Vyshyvanka is a traditional Ukrainian embroidered shirt - symbol of Ukrainian culture, the nation's code. Ukrainians believe that embroidery is a talisman protecting against everything bad and the embroidery represents happiness, fate, life, and has power in its ornamentations. The symbol of well-being, peace, and fortune. It also means perfection, harmony, and order.
Our embroidered shirts are contemporary presentation of traditional Vyshyvanka and arrived all the way from KALUSH, the home town of the Eurovision song winners, the Kalush Orchestra.

AMBULANCE & FIRE ENGINE
Your generous donations can help us to take the ambulance and the fire engine over to Ukraine and save lives of those suffering from the war. Please come along and meet our brave volunteers planning the journey with your much-needed donations.
